Anita Clark’s Motte project is focused on looping violin and more recently her voice too. Synthy embellishments floats freely, with her occasional pizzicato as direct as the rhythms get.
Motte’s 2022 album, Cold + Liquid, is primarily instrumental but certainly includes her singing in drum-less settings.
Strange Dreams (2017) covers relatively similar territory, but if you prefer instrumental ambience, you could check out the wholly instrumental Songs for Movies (2015) or the prosaically titled Hobart Improvisations (2016).
