A duo creating a mix of dramatic downbeat electronica and electronic washes (perhaps a fancy way of saying “sometimes there are drums, sometimes definitely not”). One half is also Stray Theories, the other in the post-rock band Sora Shima.
You can always check out their Bandcamp page directly, but here are some examples of the stuff with little to no drums. Mostly they put up singles.
Their debut single Deep State from 2012 is a with-drums example… still pretty, pretty mellow.
